- Requests made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation or refund
- Once a session has been initiated or completed, it is considered fulfilled
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Each booking is eligible for one-time rescheduling, subject to availability
- Additional rescheduling requests may be accepted at our discretion
4. Refund Policy
- Payments for services are generally non-refundable
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Inability to provide the service from our end
- Verified technical issues preventing service delivery (not caused by the client)
No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed sessions
- Missed appointments or no-shows
- Change of mind after booking
5. Energy-Based & Digital Services
Services such as:
- Reiki Healing
- Candle Spells
- Other energy-based or intention-driven practices
are considered initiated once the process begins.
- Such services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated
- Clients are encouraged to confirm readiness before booking
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking details
- Be available at the scheduled time
- Ensure a stable internet connection for online sessions
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
8. Limitation of Service Liability (Recommended Addition)
Viva Spirituals shall not be responsible for:
- Missed sessions due to client unavailability
- Technical issues on the client’s side (internet, device, etc.)
