- Spiritual, ritual-based, or energy-sensitive products once delivered

To initiate a return:

- Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
Upon verification, we will provide further instructions regarding return or replacement.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days from the date of approval
5. Replacement Policy
