Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Viva Spirituals, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.

1. Products

  • All crystal products (bracelets, pendants, pyramids, clusters, and other healing items) are energetically cleansed and personalized before shipping.

  • Due to the spiritual and energetic nature of these products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product is purchased, except in the following case:

    • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

    • In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by sending us images and details at [Insert Email ID].

    • A replacement will be provided at no extra cost, subject to availability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

2. Services

  • Services such as Astrology, Vaastu, Crystal Healing, Candle Spell, Graphology, Numerology, Palmistry, Reiki, Tarot Card Reading, etc. are time-based and personalized.

  • Once a consultation/session is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. Cancellations

  • Product Orders: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment.

  • Service Bookings: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled. No cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Viva Spirituals is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external providers.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with the metaphysical or spiritual results of a product or service (since outcomes vary per individual).

  • Failure to attend or join an online/offline consultation session.
